Born and raised in Loch Arbour, NJ, Paul has spent his life immersed in the waves of the Jersey Shore and beyond. A lifelong surfer with a deep connection to the ocean, he brings passion, energy, and experience to every session.

Paul has been a professional surfer with Hurley for over four years, and his competitive background laid the foundation for his thoughtful, technique-driven coaching style. He has also worked extensively with Skudin Surf at American Dream, both coaching and helping manage operations at the wave pool — giving him a unique perspective on both ocean and controlled-environment surfing.

Paul’s coaching is rooted in building trust, creating a positive atmosphere, and making sure every student has fun while improving their skills. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up your technique, Paul’s goal is to help you feel confident and calm in the water, and stoked every step of the way.

to attend Monmouth University to stay close to the ocean, splitting his time between winters at home and surf trips during school breaks. Surfing has always been more than a hobby for Cole — it’s a passion that’s shaped his lifestyle and work ethic.

In the off-season, Cole works in construction, where his hands-on skills and strong work ethic shine. He brings that same dedication to coaching, always aiming to help others build confidence and have fun in the water.

He’s also a talented filmer and drone pilot, often capturing the magic of a session from above. Whether you’re catching your first wave or just looking to sharpen your skills, Cole offers a thoughtful and energetic presence both in and out of the water.

Born and raised in Loch Arbour, NJ, Max has always had a strong connection to the ocean. Surfing has been at the heart of his life since childhood, and while he’s explored other sports and interests over the years, he always finds his way back to the water.

In addition to being an experienced surf coach, Max is also a licensed real estate agent serving the Jersey Shore area. His local knowledge and easygoing nature make him a trusted guide — whether in the lineup or on a home tour.

Max’s calm, focused energy comes from his passion for mindfulness, yoga, and meditation — practices that shape his approach to surfing, business, and life.
